All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. EngravedWedding.com is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us on your order so please be sure to carefully check all spellings you provide.
When you supply an email address, while placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review this carefully and contact us promptly to correct any errors. EngravedWedding.com is not responsible for items that are personalized incorrectly due to a customer’s error. Incorrectly personalized merchandise due to customer error may not be returned. We will gladly credit or replace any item that has been incorrectly personalized due to an error made by us.
Return Policy
Please contact us promptly if you need to return goods back to us. You may contact us through our site, www.EngravedWedding.com, by telephone 888-843-6371 or fax 339-502-6001.
Personalized merchandise that has manufacturing defects or personalization errors, caused by EngravedWedding.com, will be accepted for credit or replacement. Non-personalized merchandise may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling. However, any merchandise being returned must be unmarked and in its original packaging. Please be sure to pack returns sufficiently to avoid damages during shipping.
IMPORTANT: THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE ORDER MUST REPORT ALL CLAIMS FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.

In the event that merchandise is being replaced, EngravedWedding.com will bill you for the replacement goods and issue a credit when the goods being returned have been received and processed. Non-personalized merchandise must be unused and in sellable condition. Credit will not be issued if merchandise is marked and not in its original packaging.
