Shipping Information

Shipping Information 
EngravedWedding.com uses UPS or FEDEX ground services to ship your package. If you have a preference please state that preference when placing your order, otherwise, we will select one of the services for you. If an email address is provided with your order, we will email a shipping notice letting you know that your order has shipped. If you have your own account with UPS or FEDEX and provide us with that account number on your order, we can ship your order on that account. 
 
Actual shipping charges can vary depending on carrier, weight, dimension, or distance. However, we have simplified our shipping charges for you. Here’s how it works for orders to the lower 48 United States, via UPS or FEDEX, from our distribution facility:
 
Merchandise Total Ground Rate
Up to $25 $7.95
$25.01 to $100 $12.95
Over $100 10% of merchandise total
                           
Shipping charges are calculated on the merchandise total for each recipient. If you are sending goods to more than one recipient, shipping charges will apply for each recipient.
 
UPS and FEDEX ground delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, but the following can be used as a general guideline:
  • New England – approximately 1-2 business days
  • Southeast US – approximately 3 business days
  • Midwestern US – approximately 4 business days
  • Southwest US – approximately 5 business days
  • West Coast US – approximately 5-6 business days
For shipping information on Alaska, Hawaii or outside the lower 48 United States, please contact us.
 
Tracking Your Package
UPS and FEDEX do offer a tracking procedure to track your package at any time.  In order to do so, you will need a tracking number. This number will be on your shipment confirmation.   Please contact  EngravedWedding.com if you did not receive your shipment confirmation by email and want one, or if you want a second confirmation sent to you. Please be advised that we can only respond to the original purchaser of the order, including situations where goods are being shipped to addresses other than that of the person who placed the order. 
 
We do our best to ship your packages but from time to time problems arise. EngravedWedding.com is not responsible for delays that may occur in the delivery of your order. Delays can be prevented if you make sure the ship-to address on the order is correct and complete, including any suite, apartment or floor numbers. This also includes any address changes that need to be made while the package is in transit. Any such charges incurred by EngravedWedding.com due to incorrect or incomplete information, or a change to the ship-to address is the customer’s responsibility.  Please note that we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 
Import Duties for Shipments Outside the United States
EngravedWedding.com is not responsible for any duties which may be due or collected on shipments to destinations outside the United States. Duties are collected by the government and are not associated with, nor included in, any shipping charges by EngravedWedding.com. The shipping charges are for delivery of your package with a small handling fee added on. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the laws governing duties and customs of their country for the merchandise they are purchasing.
